A&E will develop a wedding package that best meets your needs and desires.  The following are details of what we offer:

Music

With an extensive and ever growing song catalog, A&E has the ability to really play to the crowd.  From the guest who wants to hear that old polka song to the younger crowd who is ready to shake and move, we bring more then enough music to keep the party alive all night!  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop a customized playlist prior to your event.  In the unlikely event that a song you wish to include is not currently part of our extensive catalog, we will add it for you!

Sound System

A&E’s cutting edge sound system is capable of filling any venue with superior sound.  Our PC based set-up allows us to quickly and efficiently search for the track your guest is looking for.  Additionally, we only work with high quality equipment that is tested before each show to assure a stellar performance.

Entertainment Planning

We will provide an initial consultation at which time we can discuss exactly how you envision your DJ contributing to the event.  After this initial consultation we will plan at least two more meetings.  The first will happen between six and three months prior to your wedding date.  In this meeting we will go into specifics about your wedding plans and put together an entertainment schedule detailing how you would like your day to progress.  The final meeting will take place in the last month before your wedding.  This meeting will be held in order to confirm all pervious plans and to make any necessary changes and additions.  At this time we will also provide you with as many copies as you need of your entertainment schedule.

While we plan at least two meetings in addition to your initial consultation, A&E is more than willing to meet as many times as you feel necessary.  All meetings are included in the cost of your wedding package.

Personalized Recordings

Personalized recordings are one of A&E’s most requested unique additions.  During a separate meeting we will have you record a message, using our professional sound equipment, to your future bride or groom.  We will then take this recording and mix it in so it will play at an appropriate point during your first dance or any other time throughout the event.  In the past we have had the bride and groom come in together and record messages for each other.  We have also had many brides and grooms who have surprised each other with a message.  This can be done to give a message to any other individual who is important to you both.  Samples of the personalized recordings are available.

Personalized Bridal Party Introductions

Personalized introductions are a great way to introduce all reception attendees to the special individuals you chose to include in your wedding party.  Prior to your event we will sit down and get background information for each wedding party member.  Couples often include information about how they know this person, where the person is from, and perhaps a funny story about their relationship.  After gathering information for each wedding party member, A&E will develop an introduction specific the each member.  This way, when the grand introduction commences at the beginning of the reception, in addition to introducing the wedding party members by name, we will share with the entire reception the story behind why this person is important to you.

Personalized Newlywed Narrative

This is the opportunity to share with your guests the details of how you came to be together!  Prior to your event we will talk about the important milestones of your relationship leading up to your wedding day.  Typically couples include details about how they first met, the way they have grown together, funny stories about their relationship, and many other special moments along the way.  Once A&E gathers all of these details, we will develop a narrative to share during your event.  We will review this narrative with you to be sure you have an opportunity to tweak it in any way you’d like.  At the reception, after all other wedding party members are introduced; your DJ will share your story and top it off by presenting you to your guests!

Complete Event Planning*

A&E always coordinates all entertainment plans associated with your event.  Some couples understand that having a professional event planner present to focus on all details of the entire day is a way to assure that everything runs smoothly.  With our Complete Event Planning, in addition to focusing on the details of your entertainment, A&E will assign a separate event planner to coordinate everything from the time your limo arrives at the reception to how dinner will be served.  Dealing with all vendors (caterer, photographer, limo drivers, etc.) separately during your wedding can leave you with little time to enjoy one of the most important days of your life.  With Complete Event Planning, A&E will coordinate with all vendors both prior to and during your event so you don’t have to.
